Easy operation
• Job panel
- Register up to 9 routine scan tasks or “jobs” that can be accessed directly from the DR-3010C’s all-new job panel
- The LED panel shows the currently selected job number (1–9), and the +/- keys are used to scroll through them to frequently used scan functions and settings

• Automatic Color Detection
- The scanner is equipped with Automatic Color Detection for easy scanning of mixed batches of color and B&W documents without having to sort and separate them prior to scanning
- Automatically detects if a document contains color and save images in the appropriate format

• Image processing functions for effortless batch scanning
- Efficiency-boosting image processing functions such as Automatic Page Size Detection, Skip Blank Page, Deskew, and Text Orientation Recognition eliminate the need to presort batches or adjust document images after scanning

• Auto power on/off
- The new auto power feature contributes to energy efficiency and prevents the scanner from being accidentally left on
- When power is switched to AUTO, the scanner turns on/off automatically, depending on the status of the connected PC
